How do I book my event?

How much does renting a theater for a private event cost?
Private rental pricing is based on a number of factors including the requested day, requested time, estimated number and yoru estimated number of guests. We are happy to work with you to design a custom event that best fits your needs. Please complete our online request form for a quote.
Are movie tickets included in my rental fee?
Yes! For private screenings, you can request one of the movies playing at the theater during the time of your event or bring your own DVD to project onto the big screen. For earlier releases, please inquire with us directly for availability and pricing
How much notice is required to book an event?
For private rentals, we require a minimum of 7 days’ notice.
How many guests can I invite for my event?
Based on the location of your choice, we can host up to 1000 guests. Our auditoriums vary in size and can accommodate between 40 to 200 guests each.
When do I have access to the theater?
You will have access to the private auditorium approximately 20-25 min before the scheduled movie start time.
What kind of setup is included?
A welcome table with chairs can be provided upon request. The table can be used for check-in, displaying swag bags, gifts, cupcakes, etc.
Can I bring in my own decorations?
For theater rentals, we ask that you limit decorations to a welcome sign which can be placed at the entrance of your auditorium.
How long is my rental?
Standard private screenings are booked in 2 to 2.5-hour increments, depending on the length of the movie. If your event includes extra components such as speeches, a presentation, a Q&A panel, or a cocktail reception, additional time can be added to your rental. All arrangements will need to be discussed and finalized with one of our sales managers in advance.
If my event requires A/V support, is a special technician available?
Yes! Depending on your event needs, our team will work with you and recommend one of our A/V packages.
What are the food and beverage options that can be added to my event?
You can add a small popcorn and regular soft drink to any rental package for XXX per person (plus applicable tax and service charge)
If I choose not to host any food or beverages for my event, can my guests purchase their own?
Of course. Event guests can purchase food and beverages from our concession stands like all theater guests.
Is outside food or beverage allowed?
Cake and ice cream are permitted for Birthday Parties. Other outside food and beverages will require an additional fee.
When is my deposit due?
Non-refundable 50% deposit due upon rental agreement and a minimum of 5 days prior to rental date.
How do I pay for my event?
You will pay the remaining balance, plus any food and beverage charges, directly at the theater at the conclusion of your event.
When is my final guest count due?
Your final guest count and food & beverage selections are due no later than 5 business days prior to the event.
What is your cancellation policy?
Events canceled over seven (7) days prior to the event date will receive 100% of their service charge fee in the form of credit for a future event. No credit will be issued on events canceled less than seven (7) days prior to the event date.
