Private rental pricing is based on 3 factors.

1. The size of private auditorium necessary to seat all your guests. 
2. The date and time of your requested private screening. 
3. Any required food and beverage minimums

Yes! For private screenings, you can request one of the movies playing at the theatre during the time of your event or bring your own DVD to project onto the big screen. For earlier releases, please inquire with us directly for availability and pricing.

For private rentals, we require events be booked and the initial deposit is paid a minimum of 7 days in advance. 

Based on the location of your choice, we can host up to 800 guests. Our auditoriums vary in size and can accommodate between 25 to 200 guests. 

The theatre opens for seating approximately 20-25 min before your scheduled movie start time.

A welcome table with chairs can be provided upon request. The table can be used for check-in, displaying swag bags, gifts, cupcakes, etc. 

For private theatre rentals, we ask that you limit decorations to a welcome sign which can be placed at the entrance of your auditorium. No helium balloons allowed inside theater

Standard private screenings are booked in 2 to 2.5-hour increments, depending on the length of the movie. If your event includes extra components such as speeches, a presentation, a panel, or a cocktail reception, additional time can be added to your rental. All arrangements will need to be discussed and finalized with one of our sales managers in advance.

Yes! Depending on your event needs, our team will work with you and recommend one of our A/V packages.

We have several concession packages to choose from : 

$10 Concession Package which includes a medium Popcorn and medium drink

$13.25 Concession Package which includes a medium popcorn, choice of candy and medium drink

$13.25 Food Package which includes 2 Slices of Pizza, salad and a small drink 

$21 Picnic Banquet. Fresh hamburger, cheeseburgers and grilled chicken breast served with soft potato buns. Sides include loaded potato wedges, potato salad, kettle chips, and watermelon. Toppings include lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup, mustard, hot sauce, mayonnaise, special sauce, and pickles.

$25 Street Tacos Banquet with chicken fajitas and carne asada with warm corn and flour tortillas. Sides include cilantro lime rice, elote street corn, black beans, fiesta salad and tortilla chips with salsa and warm queso. Toppings include mexican crema, cotija cheese, pico de gallo, guacamole, jalapeños, lime wedges and hot sauce.

$28 BBQ Banquet. Slow cooked brisket and BBQ chicken breast served with soft potato buns. Sides include bacon creamed corn, baked beans, mac n’ cheese, house salad and corn bread. Toppings include BBQ sauce , ketchup, mustard, hot sauce, mayonnaise, special sauce, and pickles

Depending on the date and time of your event, you may have a required food and beverage purchase. 

All events are required to abide by our theatre policy, which does not allow any outside food or beverage. The only exception for private events is cupcakes. The theater must be notified in advance if you decide to provide cupcakes for your event.

1. To confirm the reservation you will be charged the booking fee which will be processed upon receipt of the signed contract. 
2. Once the booking fee has been paid, you will receive an event invoice from Fatcats. 
3.  An event payment must be made a minimum of 7 days in advance of your event according to the payment schedule 

4.The balance is to be paid in full prior to the start of the event. Fatcats does not accept checks or purchase orders. 

You will pay the remaining balance, plus any food and beverage charges, directly at the theater before the beginning of the event.  

Your final guest count and food and beverage selections are due no later than 5 business days prior to the event.

Events canceled over seven (7) days prior to the event date will receive 100% of their service charge fee in the form of credit for a future event. No credit will be issued on events canceled less than seven (7) days prior to the event date.
